This role will be part of the Platform and Transformation team to support the optimisation of the Client Lifecycle Management journey from leads to offboarding. We're seeking a CLM Business Analyst to assist in implementing the CLM Target Operating Model (TOM) initiatives, focusing on people, processes, and platforms across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a preference for experience in client onboarding and lifecycle management projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a cross-functional working group (WG)
- Collect and analyze business requirements for the CLM project
- Coordinate with various teams (Front Office, Client Onboarding, Operations, Compliance, Technology, etc.) to align processes and requirements
- Support the CLM project team in defining business requirements for development and testing
- Ensure completeness and scope adherence of requirements
- Create and maintain documentation like process flows, user manuals, and training materials
- Refine requirements with the working group based on the target operating model
- Provide progress updates to stakeholders according to the project roadmap
- Collaborate closely with the Technology team for system integration
- Conduct training and assist end-users during implementation
- Address queries, clarifications, and other support needs related to CLM project requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in client onboarding and lifecycle management projects
- Familiarity with target operating models and their implementation
- Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Skilled in gathering and interpreting complex business requirements
- Effective project management skills with multitasking capabilities
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders
- Proficient in project management tools like JIRA and Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of user stories preparation and Agile practices
- Understanding of financial services industry and client onboarding processes (preferred)
