- Assist the project manager to ensure that projects are executed according to schedule.
- Coordinate & liaise with various related parties including customer, consultants, sub-contractors, site supervisors and safety supervisors on site to ensure project requirements are met.
- Full involvement of project activity and report progress to the Project Manager.
- Ensure procedures, standards and guidelines are followed and maintained.
- Assist in Tender where necessary.
- Prepare Project Quality Plan, Inspection Test plan (ITPL) and test packages (as per contract requirements).
- Compiling of quality document.
- Prepare work method statement and participate in risk assessment review with safety team.
- Promote IFW with Construction, EHS, QAQC and Commissioning Departments.
- Continuous Improvement Process on Quality Documents by integrating IFW focused Lessons Learned from project execution.
- To conduct Safe Behavior Observation (SBO).
- Assist with investigation of dangerous occurrence, accidents/ incidents and near misses at work site with Project Manager and Safety Team.
- Able to understand operation sequence, designs and coordination of drawings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and knowledge in AutoCAD software will pose an added advantage.
- Possess high level of integrity and good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge in Non-Destructive Testing (RT, PT, MT, VT).
- Independent, good decision making, good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (where necessary).
