- Coordinate accident repairs and documentation promptly.
- Minimize resource wastage and ensure clear communication within the team.
- Maintain repair quality and gather post-repair feedback from customers.
- Drive productivity initiatives and cost reduction efforts.
- Promote workplace safety and adhere to regulations.
- Support staff welfare, development, and performance appraisal.
- Assist in staff utilization planning and undertake additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering
- With at least 2 years of experience in the Automotive Industry.
- Able to work independently.
