Responsibilities:
- Oversee activities from pre-tender to post-contract stages.
- Prepare contract documents, perform quantity surveying tasks such as taking off
- measurements, and provide cost estimates.
- Manage cost-related information, progress claims, progress payments, and finalization of
- accounts.
- Negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors and oversee the awarding of subcontract
- agreements.
- Conduct quantity take-offs for projects and solicit quotations from specialists, suppliers, and
- subcontractors.
- Analyze price comparisons and summarize costing.
- Participate in tender interviews, and site show-rounds.
- Collaborate with consultants, architects, developers, and contractors on certifying claims for
- payments.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Quantity Surveyor, Civil Engineering.
- At least 4 years of related working experience in a similar industry.
- With collaboration and communication skills.
