Reporting Structure: Section-in-charge
Job Responsibilities:
1. FOOD RUNNER
- Serve food and beverages to customers
- Accountable for the smooth running of designated area
- Ensure visual quality of all food and beverages items served is according to company’s standards
- Provide a courteous and professional service at all times
- Ensure that cleanliness and hygiene is followed throughout
2. DINING AREA
- Clearing of used soiled cutleries from diner’s table (cutlery collection)
- Arrange table settings of crockeries and cutleries according to company’s standards
- Cleaning duties at service area including:Cleaning of table, chairs sofa seats and baby chair
3. PRE-OPENING PREPARATION
- Perform a range of duties according to outlet’s specification, including:Wiping tables, setting up of tables and ensuring tables have the correct cutleries and table settings
Preparing and topping up of condiments (e.g. ginger, vinegar, chili sauce)
Topping up of beverages and preparing tea
Assist in stock ordering
Preparing ingredients, check dessert quantity and expiration in the morning to report to supervisor
4. WASHING
- Tidy up workstations, wash tea and ice buckets, water kettle, utensils, etc
- To perform daily, weekly and monthly cleaning routine according to outlet’s specification
Educational Qualification/ Experience / Skills and Competencies Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field
