Job Description:
- To recruit/ align medical providers (GP/ SP/ Hospitals) clinics onto new programs
- To service medical providers (GP/ SP/ Hospitals) clinics' escalations
- To maintain medical providers (GP/ SP/ Hospitals) listings for clients/insurers
- To align medical providers (GP/ SP/ Hospitals) on cost containment measures
- To engage medical providers (GP/ SP/ Hospitals) and to maintain healthy working relationships with these medical providers
- To align medical providers (GP/ SP/ Hospitals) on accessibility and service standards
- To ensure medical providers compliance in terms of process and fee benchmark
- To ensure medical providers comply to FWA policy and maintain the required standards in terms of service and clinical.
- To ensure stability of current medical providers and its growth in terms of size and accessibility.
Job Requirements:
- Medical Degree, 2 years and above
- Registered with SMC preferred
- Pharmacological knowledge
- Medical knowledge
- Clinic Management
- Client Relationship Management
- Sales skill
- Operations / Project Management Capabilities
