- Develop overseas sales for the company's solutions/products.
- Maintain and expand relationships with distributors and customers to grow accounts.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and specifications with distributors for sales contracts.
- Understand and promote the company's range of microscope systems.
- Support distributors promptly and visit overseas customers as needed.
- Participate in product launches and execute sales and marketing strategies.
- Conduct demonstrations and presentations of the company's solutions.
- Manage credit control for distributors.
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to management.
Requirement
- Min. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field preferred.
- Min. 3 years of experience in product sales, particularly in the healthcare engineering sector.
- Knowledge or experience with microscopy is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, reliability, and resourcefulness.
- Proactive attitude towards learning and excelling in a sales career.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel at least once per month as required for the role.
