Your Role
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to perform price analysis and forecasting of the material costs.
What Will You Do
- To track changes to the design or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
- To perform price analysis and forecasting of the material costs required for the project.
- To perform procurement responsibilities, preparing tender documents or calling for quotation for subcontract packages including evaluation through cost comparison as well as recommendation of awards.
- To evaluate progress work done, including contract administration for any variation or change for both subcontracts and main contracts.
- To prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manner.
- To perform other QS-related duties as assigned by the Reporting Supervisor.
What Do We Want
- At least a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in related field.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
