Job Summary
- The Business Support Specialist will be based in our Benoi-Singapore office and will be responsible for providing support to our sales & service team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- This role requires a proactive and detail- oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments to achieve monthly collection target
- Support office administration for the sales & service department.
- Maintaining proper and systematic filings
- Track and ensure company vehicles insurance and road tax is renewed on time
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Basic Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- 2-3 years of experience in sales and service support/administration or managing accounts receivables process for heavy equipment
