Your Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive to support shipment arrangement and information as and when required.
What Will You Do
- To manage activities involving sea export, sea import, warehousing and trucking.
- To support shipment arrangement and information as and when required.
- To handle all customers’ enquiries and quotations timely and effectively.
- To provide comprehensive service to all aspects of customer's requirement or problem solutions to handle their shipments.
- Ensure compliance with customer's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
What Do You Want
- At least 1 year of experience in freight forwarding.
- At least a JLPT N1 certificate to be able to communicate with Japan clients.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
