Job summary
- Responsible to carry out the overall mixing & checking of solutions for the production of wet towel, liquid products and all other Freshening products.
- Responsible for the cleanliness & tidiness of the premix, mixing & chemical room.
- To work as part of a R&D/QA/QC team.
Area of responsibilities
- Prepare and mixing of solution for the production of wet towel, liquid products and others.
- Washing & sanitizing of mixing tank.
- Visually inspect the consistency of chemicals & solutions.
- Proper labelling of each mixing tank, solution, batch number, preparation date / time, date of expiry & mixer operator initial.
- Ensure the cleanliness, tidiness and safety of the premix, mixing & chemical room.
- Monitoring the replacement of DI water system columns & filters.
- Maintain inventory level through regular stock takes and stock ups.
- Any other area of responsibilities that the company deems necessary.
Competency requirements
- Understand simple English and Mandarin to communicate effectively.
- Physically fit to carry the chemical solutions, carton box and others.
Working hours
- Monday - Friday: 8 00am - 4 45pm
- Saturday: 8 00am - 12 00pm
