Your role
We are looking an Account Assistant to assist in accounting duties in the organisation.
What Will You Do
- Responsible in handling Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- To assist in cashflow planning, ensure accurate update of bank records and reconciliation.
- To assist in monthly General Ledger Journals, schedules and closing activities.
- To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
What Do We Need
- Possess relevant certificate in Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Meticulous, proactive, resourceful and self-driven.
- Able to multi-task and work under tight datelines.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
