JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of the IT system infrastructure.
- Acts as the 1st Level help desk support to all our guests & colleagues who requires support.
- Responsible for the entry, tracking and management of all incoming support calls.
- Assist in configuring, installing and supporting application software, network infrastructure and servers.
- Duties may require to work on weekend.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum education of Diploma in Computer.
- Minimum of 1 yearIT Executive of IT experience. Exposure to hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- Knowledge in Opera, Point-of-Sale, PC., LAN. and other applications widely used in hospitality business would be preferred.
- Process professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
