· Position: Accounts Assistant
· Location: Pandan Road
· Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 6pm)
· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 + Performance bonus
· Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
· Responsible in handling Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
· Assist in cashflow planning, ensure accurate update of bank records and reconciliation
· Assist in monthly general ledger journals, schedules and closing activities
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
· Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role would be preferable
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
