PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible to run B2B and B2C eCommerce for Multiple brands with strong coordination with online Platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikToc etc) & other ecommerence platform.
- Provide end to end solution comprising of order management, Seller center management, fulfilment and coordinate last mile services
- Responsible for quarterly project management from planning to execution and maintenance as well as traffic/sales projection; including product listings, images, campaigns, orders, warehouse management & delivery fulfilment, payments, refunds, customer service and enquiries in all E-Commerce platform.
- Provide good customer service, after-sales service and handling of enquiries on marketplaces (Amazon, Qoo10, Shopee, Lazada, websites etc).
- Work closely with warehouse operations for e-commerce during mega campaigns (may require after office hour/ week end engagement with key stake holders)
- Maintain inventory and stocks in E-Commerce platform.
- Key liaison with retailers (eg: Shopee, Lazada etc)
- Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams to establish & implement online promotional pricing and product strategies to drive and track traffic & sales performance.
- Execute & maintain platform content as instructed by Principles while ensuring all content (pages, products & prices, etc) are up to date, current and in line with guidelines/references at all times.
- Manage pricing and promotional budgets as deployed by the Principles.
- Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Be involved in occasional events and execute any ad-hoc projects given by superior
- Customer’s (Shopee & others) Purchase Order processing into company’s ERP System.
- Do inventory Stock take & Packing of Customer orders
