Web3 Product UI Designer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the user experience design of the company's product line web and H5 interfaces, providing effective design strategies for product iteration and improvement, including creative visual design, interaction flows, information architecture, etc.
2. Interface between product requirements and user needs, deeply involved in requirements analysis and creative experience design, providing comprehensive user experience solutions for product design.
3. Master methods of analyzing user behavior, with a data-driven design mindset, able to explore user needs through user research and data analysis, and validate design solutions.
4. Continuously propose feasible innovative proposals based on product requirements and features, design UI visual solutions that fit the product's style, and be responsible for implementation to ensure the high fidelity of design solutions.
5. Establish systematic design specifications, proactively pay attention to data and feedback, focus on core user experience, respond quickly, and optimize design solutions.
6. Possess good creative design performance ability, pay attention to industry development trends, polish product details, enhance user experience, and contribute to the continuous improvement of product experience.

Qualifications:

1. More than 2 years of relevant industry experience.
2. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in design/interaction, with 3-5 years of relevant work experience, and able to provide a resume and portfolio.
3. Proficient in Photoshop, Sketch, Figma, and other design software, familiar with design specifications of various platforms.
4. Excellent communication skills, strong self-motivation, able to quickly understand and respond to product or user needs, with a high sense of responsibility and industry insight, able to embrace change, possess strong stress resistance, and actively promote and find breakthroughs in efficient output situations.
5. Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
6. Possess exceptionally strong visual expression abilities or powerful user experience design capabilities; master multiple design expression methods, combine comprehensive thinking of business, operations, and data, independently define design styles, formulate interaction design strategies, and drive implementation to boost business growth.
