JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Answer phone calls and coordinate simple customer purchases
- Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents
- Liaise and work with forwarders to arrange shipment
- Track and update customer and management on order status
- Office administrative matters for the team
- Support Director on emails and coordination
- External vendors liaison
- Manage company vehicles renewal and servicing
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least O-level/A-Level/ITE/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- No working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Higher NITEC with 5 years experience will be considered as well
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
