Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily HR operations eg. on-boarding, work passes processing, management of employee data in HRIS, annual performance appraisal, off-boarding etc.
  • Manage business units’ recruitment and selection of new hires.
  • Administer all types of leave and statutory claims.
  • Coordinate the issuance of email, laptop, door access… etc
  • Manage work Injury claims & reporting.
  • Conduct orientation of new hires on staff benefits
  • Any other job responsibilities and duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or other related fields
  • Possess at least 3 years of experience in HRM
  • Well-versed in the Employment Act and other employment regulations and legislation
  • Familiarity with TimeSoft System an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • An independent and meticulous worker who is a team player
  • Able to work with all levels of employees
