Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily HR operations eg. on-boarding, work passes processing, management of employee data in HRIS, annual performance appraisal, off-boarding etc.
- Manage business units’ recruitment and selection of new hires.
- Administer all types of leave and statutory claims.
- Coordinate the issuance of email, laptop, door access… etc
- Manage work Injury claims & reporting.
- Conduct orientation of new hires on staff benefits
- Any other job responsibilities and duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or other related fields
- Possess at least 3 years of experience in HRM
- Well-versed in the Employment Act and other employment regulations and legislation
- Familiarity with TimeSoft System an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good command of spoken and written English
- An independent and meticulous worker who is a team player
- Able to work with all levels of employees
