Camberley Pre-School, established since 2011, is now inviting passionate early childhood Chinese teachers, to join it's teaching team in Kovan and Loyang branch.
Camberley幼儿园始创于2011年，现诚聘热衷于幼教事业的华文老师，加入其设于后港高文幼儿园的教学团队。
We are looking for educators who enjoy working with young children between the ages of 2 months and 6 years and are passionate about their holistic development to become our partners!
Job Scope
· Prepare, plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons to engage, nurture and motivate children in accordance with the curriculum
· Plan and deliver programs that facilitate active learning experiences both within and outside the classroom
· Monitor progress of children and complete progress reports and prepare developmental portfolios for each child
· Prepare age-appropriate teaching aids and use them in the implementation of the programs
· Establish effective classroom management
· Set up and maintain a safe, clean and conducive environment for learning
· Oversee all aspects of classroom management in ensuring the safety of children
· Establish collaborative partnerships with parents for the children’s development
· Perform routine care and ensure the safety and hygiene of the children
· Work closely with other teaching staff and support each other as a team when needed
· Build and maintain strong relationships with parents to foster close home-school partnership
工作职责
- 以幼儿园教育理念方针、课程框架为基础依据，进行备课、规划与开展教学。
- 创建能带动幼儿的学习环境，激发孩子对探究和学习的兴趣。
- 记录孩子的学习成长，为家长提供学习进度信息，汇报学习成果。
- 全方位监督孩子，完善教室管理，确保孩子的安全。
- 与队员紧密配合，必要时相互协助、扶持。
- 与家长建立、保持良好关系，促进家园合作。
Job Requirements
· Be good at art, craft creations and singing/dancing
· Experienced in learning activities design and centre environment decoration
· Enjoy working with children, and passionate in educating young children
· High levels of patience and passion for children and do not view them merely as chores.
· Creative, energetic and dynamic
· · Excellent communication skills in Chinese (both written and oral).
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Flexible and able to offer help when needed
· Team players with high levels of professionalism and desire for self-upgrading.
· High levels of emotional intelligence, adept in relationship management with peers and parents.
Education & Experience
· Having a bachelor's degree or above in Early Childhood Education from a university recognized by Singapore Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA)
· Be qualified to get ACEY L2 LON Teacher Certification issued by ECDA
· Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in childcare centre/preschool
· Preference given to candidates with related work experiences in Singapore
· Proficient with Microsoft Office software, electronic devices, multimedia producing software, and trending social media apps
