We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. This position involves outdoor sales, and the successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing their own customers and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
· Generate leads and establish new business accounts.
· Implementation of sales strategies to increase business revenue.
· Actively identify and approach potential customers in the market.
· Conduct service presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
· Preparation of proposals and quotations.
· Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships
Requirements:
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Energetic, Positive and enjoy meeting people
· Proven experience in outdoor sales.
· Independent, self-motivated and with good sales and servicing aptitude
· With a minimum 2 years of Sales experience.
· Strong ability to generate leads and close sales independently.
· Proficient in MS Office applications (Eg, Outlook, Word, Excel)

Work Week: 5.5 Days
Salary : Basic + Attractive Commission
