Job Descriptions:
· Manage heat treatment processes for metals and alloys, ensuring they meet quality standards and production timelines.
· Able to work on quench and temper and plasma nitriding machine
· Recommend appropriate heat treatment methods based on material specifications and desired outcomes.
· Optimize processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and product quality improvement.
· Conduct quality checks and inspections throughout the heat treatment process to ensure compliance with standards.
· Maintain accurate records and provide reports on heat treatment processes.
· Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines for handling hazardous materials.
· Troubleshoot issues during heat treatment processes to minimize downtime and ensure consistent quality.
· Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and resolve any related issues.
· Stay updated on advancements in heat treatment technology and provide training as needed.
Job requirement:
· At least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
· Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC in Mechanical/Precision Engineering or equivalent.
· Required language(s): English, Mandarin
· Required handle materials up to 40kg
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Be able to work independently & work under pressure
· Good working attitude and pleasant personality
