We are seeking an HR Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and administrative skills to effectively manage various HR functions.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the time attendance system and verify timesheets for accurate payroll processing.
- Coordinate all matters related to work passes.
- Maintain comprehensive records of employee leave, including government leave claims.
- Handle employee work injury issues and process medical insurance claims.
- Negotiate and manage employee insurance benefits plans with external agencies.
- Source and coordinate staff training, including statutory training grants, and maintain training records.
- Manage tax clearance (IR21) and annual income tax submissions (IR8A).
- Develop and execute HR strategies in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Establish and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma or equivalent in the Business Management or HR field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in HR field.
- Good knowledge of labour laws and legislations such as the Employment Act.
- Experience with recruitment and employee relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft, HRIS and other HR-related software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
