- Maintain consistent service quality according to service level agreements.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics and warehouse operations efficiently.
- Interface with stakeholders across EMEA, NA, and APAC regions.
- Oversee Conveyor and AMR automation to boost productivity.
- Maintain accurate operational records and performance statistics.
- Administer paperwork to ensure timely processing and compliance with export regulations.
- Safely transport freight using effective forecasting methods.
- Supervise daily operations of Transportation Management System (TMS).
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Warehouse Management (WM).
- Track and trace shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Optimize warehouse operations to achieve departmental goals.
- Uphold high standards for product delivery performance.
- Coordinate globally for timely and accurate goods delivery.
- Lead Lean Projects to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure prompt and accurate picking and packing of customer orders.
- Coordinate pickup schedules with transport providers.
- Mentor and train team members for career development and quality improvement.
- Optimize cost effectiveness with service providers and achieve delivery KPIs.
- Prepare and analyze management reports, budgets, expenses, and forecasts for the department.
Requirement
- Min. Degree in Business or Supply Chain/Logistics Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics/supply chain management.
- Five or more years of experience in supervisory role and proven experience in managing a complex Logistics Operation.
- Knowledge on SAP ERP, WM and EWM, MS 365, Power BI and Smartsheet.
