Responsibilities:
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Policy Servicing, provide user requirements and perform User Acceptance Test for new products, system enhancements and system defects
- Support ad hoc projects and coordinate user testing when needed.
- Create and design process flows, journey maps to facilitate understanding of end to end processes within Policy Servicing, including cross functional processes
- Liaise with relevant business, function and technology teams to document requirements
- Review and identify opportunities for process improvements, through processing and drive automation
- Update Standard Operating Procedure and coach/train the processing team
- Assist to manage the Policy Servicing team and ensure smooth operations of the team
- Assist to support audits and control testing on Policy Servicing functions
- Coordinate and support ad hoc activities and projects
Requirements:
- Degree in Insurance, Business or equivalent professional qualifications
- Knowledge and hands on experience working on projects in the Life Insurance / Shield line of business
- Experience in developing business case and requirements and perform impact assessment
- Analytical and problem solving skills, ability to operate effectively.
- Good time management, task and result-oriented. Able to perform duties with accuracy and deliver quality work within tight timelines
- Considerable relevant experience in managing a team preferably in an insurance or financial sector
- A person who is keen to learn with positive work attitude
