Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to the company's policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of quality in KYC files.
- Conduct thorough KYC reviews for client onboarding, including assessment and resolution of screening hits.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of KYC operations over time, embracing continuous changes and challenges.
- Review transaction monitoring alerts and take appropriate actions as needed.
- Provide support for daily back-office tasks as required by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- University or polytechnic graduates, including fresh graduates, are welcome to apply, preferably with at least one year of experience in a financial institution.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented, demonstrating a willingness to learn and consistently deliver high-quality work.
- Maintain a curious attitude toward business-as-usual processes.
- Possess strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate work under tight deadlines and minimal supervision.
