The Job:
- Attending to incoming enquiries through hotline or email
- Resolving call enquiries which includes card related issues/claims/technical issues
- Handling queries efficiently and escalate issues promptly
The Talent:
- Min Diploma in any discipline
- Able to communicate with Chinese speaking customers
- Comfortable to work on weekend
- No experience required
