The Opportunity:

1. Permanent Role | Tanjong Pagar

2. Office hours, 5 days work week including weekend (8.00am – 5.30pm / 8.30am – 6.00pm)

3. Basic up to S$2,700 + Allowances + AWS + VB

4. Singaporeans only


Adecco is a partnering with a company pivotal to the success of the transportation industry. At our client's workplace, inclusivity and friendliness are the heartbeat of their culture. As a Customer Care Agent, your role will involve assisting customers regarding any requests/enquiries.


The Job:

  • Attending to incoming enquiries through hotline or email
  • Resolving call enquiries which includes card related issues/claims/technical issues
  • Handling queries efficiently and escalate issues promptly

The Talent:

  • Min Diploma in any discipline
  • Able to communicate with Chinese speaking customers
  • Comfortable to work on weekend
  • No experience required
