Personal Assistant to Managing Director
5 days, 9am- 6pm
Salary: $3000 -$4500

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the MD, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Handle travel arrangements – flight reservation, hotel accommodation, visa applications etc.
- Assist in maintaining office policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and adhered to.
- Manage pantry, office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including setting up workstations and completing necessary paperwork.
- Help organize office events, such as meetings and celebrations.
- Maintain office equipment and ensure it is in working order, arranging for repairs or replacements as needed.
- Update and maintain annual leave.
- Maintain monthly expense records accurately.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Handle all other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in office administration or related field.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office administrator, or similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office applications
