Responsibilities
- Ensure the upkeep and management of Wintel servers, VMware, Microsoft server products, and security software.
- Administer and oversee Cisco switches, firewall devices, and load balancers.
- Develop and maintain automation tools to optimize IT infrastructure efficiency.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve IT infrastructure problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Implement server hardening procedures for both Windows and Linux systems.
- Participate in on-call rotations and handle after-hours maintenance responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field with at least 5 years IT infrastructure experience.
