Job Title: Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub Specialist (Client-Seconded)

Introduction:
Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub Specialist: This role is integral to enhancing our client's financial systems, ensuring robust data integration, and optimizing their financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH) and proficiency in Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions, focusing on delivering functional and innovative financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Business requirement gathering and solution design of Accounting Hub including PaaS integrations
Implement and maintain the Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub for our client, aligning it with their business requirements and financial reporting standards.
Customize and configure FAH to enhance financial data integration from various sources into the General Ledger.
Develop interfaces, extensions, and reports within the FAH environment using PaaS tools, under the governance of our client’s IT policies.
Collaborate with the client’s IT and finance teams to design and implement system enhancements that improve financial reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
Lead financial data migration projects from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion, ensuring data integrity and optimal system performance.
Provide expert functional support for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to FAH and PaaS integrations.
Facilitate training sessions and develop comprehensive documentation to aid the client's end-users and stakeholders in adapting to the new financial systems.
Keep abreast of the latest Oracle updates, features, and best practices to continuously drive improvements in the FAH system at the client site.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
Certification in Oracle Fusion Financials, specifically Accounting Hub.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion FAH and financial systems, preferably in a consulting or client-facing role.
Proven experience with Oracle PaaS and cloud technologies for application extensions and integrations.
In-depth understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and transaction processing workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with capability to manage complex system environments.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
Desirable Skills:
Experience with SQL, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
History of successful ERP system implementations, migrations, or upgrades.
Project management proficiency, demonstrating effective delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
