(A) Duties and Responsibilities
- Sales Lead for Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei.
- Establish sales, specifications and to enhance the turnover for Singapore market with our distributors, partners and to oversee the development of GEZE for sustained future growth.
- Building up and establishing partner sales for the regions.
- The position will also include providing special application and solution to project tender.
- Meeting with prospective and existing customer to develop specifications for GEZE 's complete range of products.
- Understanding their requirements and conducting technical feasibility studies.
- Understand competitor's business activities and product development in the regions.
- Resolute Sales and Marketing expertise allowing candidate to expand GEZE's market share and increase customer base in SG, MY and BN.
- Developing sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the designated are by management. Identifying the targeting potential customers and markets to expand the customer.
- Analyzing sales data and market trends to provide insights and make informed decision.
- Keeping abreast of industry developments and competitors' activities.
(B) Skills requirement
- Management and sales leadership experience in a comparable sales unit/business context with a proven track record of success in marketing of a high-quality brand.
- Managerial experience preferably in the multi-national company with entrepreneurial skills and management expertise ( preferable + 5 years).
- Exposed to multi-national company culture with fluent English & Chinese communication skills (verbal & writing) ; German speaking ability is an advantage.
- Resolute Sales and marketiing expertise allowance candidate to expand GEZE's market share and increase customer base in Taiwan.
- Strong and effective communication skills to internal & external stakeholder (e.g customers, distributors, staff, HQ, product management) across various hierarchy levels and functions.
- Profound expertise of SG market ideally in the construction suppliers , having good networking with key decision makers such as building owners, arhitects and subcontractors.
- Process understanding, strong innovative drive as well as pronounced customer and service orientation.
- Successfully completed studies focused on engineering or business administration or equivalent expertise and experience.
- A manager of integrity equipped with ethical sense of business.
