Restaurant Manager

Yan Bin Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee and manage the operations of the restaurant in Singapore, ensuring efficient and effective performance across all outlets.

· Lead the establishment and execution of operational strategies to drive growth and profitability.

· Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and product quality.

· Provide leadership and guidance to the restaurant management team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

· Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.

· Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and human resources to achieve business objectives.

· Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.

· Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to support business growth and expansion.

· Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, resolving them promptly and effectively.


Requirements:

· Proven experience in restaurant management, with a track record of building successful operations from inception to maturity.

· In-depth knowledge of the Singaporean restaurant market, including consumer preferences, competition, and regulatory requirements.

· Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve targets and objectives.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

· Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

· Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field preferred.

· Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on restaurant operations.

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
