Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct strategic planning initiatives towards the review, translation of communication of the organization’s strategy
- Analyse and report on the impact of cross-cutting measures on the community and the care provided
- Facilitate internal staff discussions and workshops with relevant divisions and stakeholders to ensure effective sense-making and co-creation of responses
- Develop and maintain frameworks to support prioritisation of initiatives and evaluation of study trips/ surveys
- Assist with the implementation of any measurement
- Support the development of content e.g. Meeting materials for engagements and country scans.
Job Requirements:
- Recognised degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years' experience in strategic planning, policy or corporate development
- Candidates with experience in the health or social care sector will be advantageous
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Good project management and stakeholder management skills
- Able to implement solutions in a complex environment
