Working hours: 8.00am to 5.00pm (Mondays to Fridays); with 45 minutes lunch break.
Job Description
- Handle general accounting, accounts payables, inventory costing and cash payment
- Assist in the preparation of financial analysis, management reporting and annual budgets
- Assist in coordination of financial and tax audit, as well as preparation of other statutory reporting and filing
- Monitor and check capital expenditure, project settlements, depreciation provision, as well as prepare monthly capital expenditure summary
- Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant accounts assistant experience
