Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, supervise and control of Company’s in-house and external Contractors for all electrical & instrumentation maintenance works related to planning & execution (daily maintenance including facility E & I related, grade change, shutdown, upgrading and improvement related to maintenance, etc)
- Manage & maintain reliable and accurate asset maintenance records
- Conduct trouble shooting and root cause analysis study of equipment failures, recurring breakdown, and equipment defects
- Optimize & manage E&I maintenance inventory level of critical & non-critical equipment spare parts, consumables, tools to ensure relevant parts always available on time, on spec and on quantity
- Ensure all E&I maintenance activities are carried out in accordance to the Company’s HSEQ Standards, statutory requirements, Company Maintenance & Management System and best industry maintenance practices.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in electronics/ electrical engineering
- Min 3-5 years of industrial experience in maintenance planning and execution of process plant/manufacturing plant (instrumentation, electrical power such as switch gear, MCC, motor)
- Good leadership, communication, teamwork
- Familiar with SAP Plant Maintenance Module
- Able to commit to 24 hrs standby in case of plant trouble
- Computer skills are required including MS Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
