Our client, a Global MNC, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Pricing Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Pricing Manager in facilitating swift and precise responses for pricing/quotations, catering to internal departments, overseas stations, and clients.
- Ensure prompt handling of client pricing inquiries and manage e-bids efficiently through customer portals.
- Manage tenders and RFQs for Air-freight products as delegated.
- Gather pricing data from carriers, co-loaders, and internal networks (product teams, overseas stations) to deliver tailored solutions and pricing to clients upon request.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with carriers and co-loaders.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to arrange collection logistics.
- Collaborate with vendors to arrange collection, providing comprehensive instructions to the Air Export operation team along with cost details for execution.
- Verify vendor invoices for shipments organized.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports for customers and account managers as needed.
- Provide support to the team to ensure swift and accurate responses for pricing/quotations across internal departments, overseas stations, and clients.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Relevant Discipline
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications – Outlook, Excel, Word
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Air freight forwarding pricing and customer service
- DG Certification would be an added advantage
