We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
- Provide administrative support to the company (e.g. Issuing of invoices, receipts, preparation of quotations, data entry, filing, ordering of materials)
- Perform clerical duties, make travel arrangements and complete expenses report
- Answering telephone calls in a pleasant, helpful and professional manner
- Arranging logistics
- Update and maintain office supplies
- Handling day-to-day accounts related administrative work
- Run errand for office support when required
- Mail collection
- Maintain an efficient and effective system for filing and retrieval of documents
- Organize and schedule appointment for Directors
- Handle any ad hoc tasks assigned by Directors/management
