- Assist the manager in the overall operations of a Japanese fine dining restaurant
- Responsible for ensuring operational profitability
- Responsible for overall dining experience of customers
- Responsible for recruiting, training and developing staff
- Ensure that food and beverage preparation is in accordance with food safety regulatory guidelines
- Experience in a Japanese dining restaurant is preferred
- Familiar with Sake
- Ability to converse in Japanese is advantageous
