What You'll Do:
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive insights, and target audience preferences.
- Support the development and execution of content marketing strategies, including blog posts, articles, and multimedia content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas for promotions, events, and campaigns.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using analytics tools to track key metrics and optimize strategies.
- Assist in managing social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring trends.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing department, such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, and assisting with special projects.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum A Level or Diploma and interested in enrolling in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Previous marketing experience or internships are preferred but not required.
