- Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy
- Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.
- To conduct internet search on relevant keywords, update cross links of company websites.
- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience.
- Establish corporate relationships with marketing partners, clients and suppliers.
- To take weekly food photography for social media post.
- Design & print menu, brochures, name card and all other marketing materials.
- To work towards a sales target stipulated by management, sales target for e-commerce platforms.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
