Job Description

The Successful Applicant
- At least 3 years of experience in managing the business of a licensed estate agent as an executive director, chief executive, key executive, key executive officer, partner, or sole proprietor.
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business results in the luxury real estate industry.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.
- Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks governing the real estate industry.
- Passion for luxury real estate and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
