Seeking a L&D individual who has experience organisation development, adult learning and learning design.
Role:
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering learning products, programmes and interventions that support Organisation Development. You will ensure proper and timely completion of projects assigned to you, working with a range of stakeholders (e.g., decision makers, associates, vendors, and internal administration) in the process. You will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of learning interventions and making necessary adjustments.
• Identify learning needs by consulting with relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Design, develop and deliver a holistic learning experience using effective instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
• Create engaging learning content and materials including workshops, practice sharing sessions, online webinars, and/or e-learning modules
• Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the learning interventions and make necessary improvements
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that learning interventions are aligned with overall organisational goals and objectives
• Stay current on learning methodologies and best practices in learning and development and organisation development
You should have:-
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in learning design, adult education and/or organisation development. Some background and experience with designing and delivering learning experiences will be a plus point.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage work relationships and project progress within budget and timelines
• Self-motivated, proactive, meticulous, and resourceful
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
