Job Description
As a Technical Solution Architect for mobility Payment Services, you will focus on Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) systems. Design, implementation, and management of automatic fare collection systems.
- Design and develop AFC systems, ensuring seamless integration of software and hardware components adhering to operational standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate system requirements into technical specifications.
- Offer expert guidance on AFC technology advancements, system improvements, and industry best practices.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture and workflow designs.
- Conduct system analysis and optimization to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Supervise AFC solution implementation, encompassing software deployment, network configuration, and system testing.
- Act as the primary technical liaison for AFC projects, liaising with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to technical staff and end-users.
- Lead the tender preparation process for new AFC projects, including requirement assessment, solution design, and cost estimation.
- Manage tender inquiries and offer technical support throughout the evaluation and negotiation stages.
The Successful Applicant
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
* At least 5 years of experience in AFC system architecture and design.
* Demonstrated proficiency in systems engineering, software development, and network infrastructure.
* Successful history of overseeing tender processes for technical projects.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle intricate technical challenges.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record in project management.
* Relevant certifications in IT architecture, networking, or systems design would be advantageous
