- Lead BIM implementation & adoption, create Standards, modelling workflow & Methodologies
- Prepare, execute and maintain BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
- Handle Design development, contract documentation, Authority submission, coordination, site meetings and project meetings
- Liaise with Tender team or assist Project team as may be the case, and BIM implementation as per project requirements
- Monitor drawing submissions and ensure schedule is met
- Manage process of Model exchange and coordination with client, consultants, and other stakeholders
- Be up to date with and promote BIM-related technology for digital workflow advancement
- Implementation and ensure the use of design authoring and collaboration technology tools in construction projects
- Manage all BIM submittals, construction models, shop drawing and schedules
- Ad-hoc duties and tasks as may be required
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a BIM Manager/Sr. BIM Coordinator capacity. Experience in Civil & LTA projects a plus
- Degree holder in Architectural / Civil or equivalent qualification
- Formally trained or certified in Building Information Modelling (BIM) is preferred
- Well-versed with Autocad, Revit, Navisworks, Open Building Designer, & 4D creation is a must, with rendering/animation skills for presentation a plus
- Knowledge of Singapore Code of Practice(s), Standards, Regulation, and Specifications used in the Construction industry
- An independent, proactive, results-driven team leader, with decision-making abilities, and ability to meet tight schedules
