Working Hour / Location : 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon – Fri) / UBI mrt (Downtown line - walking distant)
Remunerations : Up to $3,500 basic + 13 mths Aws + permanent staff benefit
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for day-to-day coordination of all aspects of oversea client’s business requirement needs.
· To solidify business relationships and develop professional rapport with client.
· Act as a main interface between client and internal cross functional team to optimize the best business practice.
· To work closely with Team and Manager to give periodic review and evaluation of present account.
· Provide customer service support on order information/status, quotation, shipping, delivery schedule, inventory, etc,
· Work closely with all cross-functional teams to ensure clients’ operational requirements are met.
· Provide business reports to Management and client on a weekly/monthly basis.
Requirements:
· Degree, Diploma in Business or any equivalent discipline.
· At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in order management, processing, fulfillment and customer service.
· Experience in supply chain, logistics and manufacturing plus point.
· Excellent time management and interpersonal relationships with all levels.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good negotiation.
· Ability to multi-task and takes strong ownership in task.
· Ability to work with huge data accurately and attentive to details.
