To help develop and execute trade marketing and distribution plan which meets brand, volume, distribution, trials, communication, and in-store marketing objectives provided.
Job Description: MARKETING MANAGER
Reporting to the Country Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the business that encompasses the following:
- Plan and execute the Year Long Marketing calendar including New Launch, Product promotions, Key Marketing Tentpoles across different channels both online and offline
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds
- Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendor for roll out of Marketing Campaigns with Key Retailers
- Manage the brand online presence on Key Digital Platforms by working on the monthly Social Calendars, ad spends, KOL Collabs etc.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights and assess against goals
- Prepare market reports for brand owners and stakeholders on a regular basis
- Responsible for maintaining the Marketing assets like structures, GWP, marketing samples in the warehouse with complete track of move-in and out in system.
- Responsible for briefing contractors on drawing layout proposals for retailers, along with necessary negotiations on costs to work within set timelines & budget.
- Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution, and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities
- Analyse the Sell thru data to identify market trends and opportunities along with monthly trade visits to track a record of competitor and sales movement.
- Liaise with Third Party Agencies for PR & Media Activation and share necessary briefs for campaign execution.
- Manage the data base for Marketing assets shared by principal like Style Guides, Videos, Static assets, for necessary use for POSM digital.
- Meet Retail Counterparts on regular basis for sharing of the quarter wise campaigns, promotions as per Marketing Calendar for key feature space bag at Retail front.
- Preparation of the Joint Marketing Budget with Key principal and ensure the PO's are raised in timely manner every quarter.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in marketing
- At least 2 years of management experience in the applications
- Excellent verbal and written communications with proficiency in Microsoft Office, online marketing and social media strategy
- Growth marketer - experienced in content marketing, online events and partnerships
- Good understanding of social media marketing
- Outstanding analytical skills and comfortable using data analysis tools
- Strong organizational, project management, interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience working in a regional/multi-jurisdictional role is required
- The role will require the individual to be flexible in tasks and deadlines with the tenacity to get the job done
