Responsibilites
- Assist/handle assigned projects
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, floor plans, 3D & detail drawings
- Work closely with clients, superiors, suppliers & contractors to develop the project requirements and produces contract documents based on client needs.
- Prepare regular project progress reports and conduct site supervision to ensure projects are on track and meet the timeline.
- Perform relevant tasks assigned by superior or management
- Training will be provided
Job Requirement:
- Candidate MUST be able to speak and write in Mandarin as we need to deal with clients and suppliers from China.
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
- Preferrably 1 year of related working experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Able to work independently and in a team, proactive, self-driven / motivated and result oriented
