Job descriptions:-
- To advise upon the procurement of resources.
- To plan for and the ongoing management of quality, safety, health and environment issues.
- Take a leading role in interfacing with client, sub-contractors and other consultants, at all project stages.
- Monitor and advise upon project finances.
- Resolving any technical difficulties and problem that may arise on and off site.
- Lead the onsite team and ensure project completion within the set budget, schedule and conformance with design documents.
- Conduct regular scheduled meetings to review project progress and quality/performance issues in and off site.
Job requirements:-
- Minimum Degree in Electrical/Mechanical equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 10 years of working experiences as a Project Manager
- Main contractor is from China. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to liaise with them daily.
