Job Description
- Supervise and manage operations of campus facilities, including site inspections, meetings, and coordination with stakeholders and contractors.
Process administrative processes in the Facilities Management System to ensure they are completed promptly.
Track and analysis of operations data, such as utilities and equipment performance, in support of sustainability initiatives.
Explore and implement projects related to sustainability and digitization of building operations.
Plan and manage daily operations as assigned by the Reporting Manager - Qualification:
Relevant Bachelor degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Estate Management. - Years of Experience
Minimum 10 years of Facilities Management or related experience
Knowledge / Skills (preferred)
Attended/ Green Mark Accredited Professional (Facilities Management)
Attended/ Certified Fire Safety Manager
Attended/ Certified Project Manager
Attended/ Certified Workplace Safety Management
Experience with Building Management Systems / Computerized Maintenance Management System
Competent in MS Office applications
