The Opportunity:

  • Permanent role
  • Work location: Central
  • Work hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm
  • Up to $8,000

Adecco has partnered with a Singapore-based investment management company, We are on the lookout for an experienced office manager to join their team. This key role within the organization directly reports to CIO based in Singapore and serves as the primary point of contact for the office .


The Job:

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency
  • Manage office facilities, including equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Coordinate and organize office events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • HR management (Recruitment, work pass, insurance)

The Talent:

  • 5 years of experience as an office manager, preferably in family office, supporting senior executives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
  • Able to communicate with Chinese counterparts
