Responsibilities
· Sales of fishing tackle to Africa, South America, APAC (exclude JAPAN and CHINA) and planning of sales strategies.
· Planning and development of new products for the region.
· Responsible for Stocks Control, Sales Planning and Purchase of new products from Group Companies.
· Sales promotion plans development for distributors under your in-charge region.
· Develop new business opportunities in existing region & new markets
· Assist in products planning for Intergroup companies in EU, US and CHINA.
· Manage two sales assistants to fulfill shipments without delay.
· Reporting and communicate with Directors in Japanese.
Requirements
· At least 5 years of Sales experience in fishing tackle and fishing related products
· At least 5 years of experience in Marketing Planning and Development of fishing tackle
· Proficient in business Japanese to liaise with Japanese speaking clients and suppliers.
· University degree or above
· Must be willing to travel and relocate
